1. Introduction

Welcome to GROD Services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services Provided

GROD Services offers construction, renovation, extensions, exterior work (framing, siding, roofing repairs, decking, window installation, fascia, soffit, Tyvek, cornice, trim), and post-construction cleaning. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and agreed-upon terms in a written contract or work order.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if additional work or conditions arise.

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing does not include unforeseen repairs or additional work outside of the agreed scope.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified in each contract, invoice, or work order.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

  • Deposits may be required before work begins, and final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Scheduling & Project Delays

  • While GROD Services strives to complete projects on time, unforeseen circumstances (weather, material delays, site conditions, etc.) may impact scheduling.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide access to the job site and disclose any known issues that may affect the work (plumbing, electrical, structural concerns, etc.).

  • Any required permits or approvals are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise arranged.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Workmanship warranties may vary by project and will be stated in the contract.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unrelated repairs after project completion.

  • GROD Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions outside of the agreed scope of work.

8. Post-Construction Cleaning

  • Cleaning services are limited to construction-related debris and dust.

  • General house cleaning, carpet cleaning, or specialized cleaning may be billed separately.

9. Use of Website

  • Content on this site (logos, text, images) is the property of GROD Services and may not be copied without permission.

  • The website may contain links to third-party sites. GROD Services is not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

GROD Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
